Conditioning to Optimize Running Efficiency (C.O.R.E. ™)

This group workout is total-body, body-weight functional training that conditions your joints and muscles with running-specific movements. The “functional” aspect means that every movement has a purpose in helping you stay healthy and injury-free.

Target your lower body to strengthen and improve your running gait, and challenge your upper body to develop arm-leg swing balance. By the end of your conditioning to optimize running efficiency (C.O.R.E. ™), your kinetic chain (feet, calves, hamstrings, quads, hips, glutes, pelvis, lower back, abdomen, arms, and shoulders) will be more harmonious; thus, leading to better mobility and stability, whether on the running course or in daily activities.
